It's "Big Bang Theory meets Stranger Things with elements of the Matrix"…

Our stories begin with The Controllōrs™ being created by a group of 7 fictional gifted, diverse young male and female kids, 8 to 16 yrs, gifted in AI, science (physical & metaphysical), coding, cosmos, gaming and robotics. 

The year is 2050

They can’t explain having parts of the same dream. Without the knowledge of their parents or teachers (except the suspicious, inquisitive Mr. Jacobs -Math/Eng and Ms. Geraldi – Science). The kids use their gifts to combine video game controllers, anime and trolls to make a species of beings called the Controllōrs™ to explore mysteries of the cosmos, investigate, battle villains and monsters to protect the earth and its inhabitant’s, future from mysterious forces outside the milky way. It is a series of short videos in episodic form. Our series may sometime be interactive and immersive. The Gifted Ones and the Controllors are New Media centric.

The Controllors™ - Media Franchise, and the Gifted Ones series, is open to collaborations, co-development opportunities and partnering with a major partner for events, film and television as well as licensing.

  The year 2050 

Earth has transformed into a world where the boundaries between science fiction and reality have blurred. Our atmosphere has deteriorated, and the world struggles to maintain its balance. Poverty has not been eliminated, some cities have become vertical forests, with skyscrapers cloaked in greenery to help purify the air and houses for both humans and wildlife while others are unchanged. The streets buzz with autonomous land and air electric vehicles and drones that deliver people and goods to front doors and balconies. The field of robotics has made impressive progress, artificial intelligence has been integrated into robots giving them a brain upgrade, making them multimodal (data and visual). Humans can interact with robots using ordinary language and can tell them to alter their behavior. The new models are less likely to hallucinate due to their perceptions being grounded in observations of the world, although this is still a problem with some older models. Asia leads in the production of robots, which are commonplace in the military, workforce and in sports, having created a new category of competition.  In this future, the known universe has expanded, however life and understanding of the cosmos beyond the milky way is a mystery. Humanity stands on the cusp of becoming an interplanetary species, with eyes set on colonizing Mars and beyond. Earth remains the beloved home, a testament to human ingenuity and resilience in the face of adversity. Unknown to the earth’s population there is a mysterious evil force coming from outside the milky way that could destroy their progress and life as they know it.

  Each character represents some aspect of gaming behavior, attitude, abilities or achievements i.e. control, feelings, skills, killer instinct, offense, defense, 1st person shooter, speed, celebrity, style, love of gaming etc. They will also include pop culture, TV/Film and sports licensed Controllor characters. 

 The original Controllors is a role-playing game based around recruiting and building teams of Controllors, Goodside and Badside, Controllors, monsters and villains to battle for control of the planet’s resources and the universe. The games battles feature similar elements of the most popular trading card and video games like Pokemon, Magic, Cuttle and other variations of Mau Mau. 

Players are designated as Time travelers (they are the original creators and protectors of the Controllors) and have three general goals: 

1. To travel throughout the universe/metaverse recruiting, training and collecting/saving Controllors and resources to battle for the goodside or the badside. 

2. To battle competing and winning in mental and physical, entertainment, sports, esports/gaming, and robotics (IRL and Virtual) competitions. qualify and compete in the Power Players League™ championship held on a Mantaplay™ stadium-ship, with as many Controllors and allies as possible.

3. Saving and protecting Earth and the universe from villains and adverse conditions. 

They compete against individuals or teams owned by other Time travelers, villains, and Mystics to win points/cards, prizes, tokens, awards and championships.   

  Popular collectible Japanese inspired limited edition toys designed and produced by Jacob Miles, the Prince of Play's, MAP Labs creating accessible, collectible pieces of art rather than conventional toys. The products are sold in limited quantities. The name Controllorz reflects the cartoon-style representation of current and past toy and videogame controllers creatively represented in Jacob Miles and Mark Greenbaum character designs.

 The first Controllorz figure will be released in the fall of 2025 as a free gift to its first 50 community members and select KickStarter participants. They will be then released in several different sizes using a variety of materials, including wood, fabric, and glow-in-the-dark plastic. 

 Map Labs will seek out celebrities, artists, athletes and designers from Asia, Australia, Africa, Europe, and North America to design figures. Designing a Controlloz figure means creating a design scheme, or deco, for the standard mold. Contributorz are very limited in their limited production, and with the participation of artists and celebrities they are generally considered designer toys. 

     For the last 40 years, Jacob R. Miles III, known as the Prince of Play™ has spearheaded many TV, film content and product development, manufacturing, promotions, licensing and distribution campaigns from Asia to Hollywood to New York and virtually everywhere in between. Besides being a critical part of the first major toy industry TV and Film production, licensing and merchandise program to come out of Hollywood, STAR WARS, he has worked for Kenner Toys, General Mills Entertainment Group and Tonka, Hasbro developing family and children's programming and such notable programs and products as Care Bears, Batman, Superman, Ghostbusters, GoBots, Pound Puppies and SEGA video games among many others. He has worked side by side developing television and film properties with Lucasfilm, Jim Henson Cos., DIC, Disney, Warner Bros., Film Roman, NBA, MLB, NFL, Hallmark Entertainment among many others. Capitalizing on his business experience and relationships, he founded Cultural Exchange Entertainment Corp. (CEE), an award-winning company that focused on edutainment, multi-cultural IP properties and designed, developed and licensed a number of toys and entertainment properties for TV, e.g. Hollywood Hounds, C-Bear & Jamal and Dinkytown Kids and others featured on ABC, FOX and HBO.
